As I reflect on the remarkable 40-year journey of The LaLiT Suri Hospitality Group, I often ask myself what truly defines our success. Beyond the luxurious accommodations, exceptional dining experiences, and attentive service, it is the lasting relationships we’ve built with our cherished guests that stand out most.

Over the years, we have planted more than 1.1 million trees across India, contributing to greener, healthier destinations for future generations. In partnership with Disha, a committed NGO, we have supported the education of over 20,000 children in remote areas of Uttarakhand and facilitated job placements for more than 10,000 students.
Our commitment to inclusion extends to skills development and employment. We have upskilled over 2,000 queer individuals across hospitality, retail, and finance, and created dignified employment opportunities for more than 1,000 individuals from marginalised communities—including members of the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent individuals, and acid attack survivors.
At The LaLiT, we continue to champion Diversity, Equity and Inclusion every single day—working not just to support the marginalised, but to integrate them meaningfully into the mainstream.

To that end, we’ve partnered with Points for Good—a unique feature of our loyalty programme that empowers members to donate their points in support of over 18 NGOs and 40 verified causes that align with their values.
Through this platform, members can make a real impact—whether by supporting education for underprivileged children, skilling marginalised communities, funding tree plantation drives, promoting environmental sustainability, or uplifting the LGBTQIA+ community.
