Deep Vahi Takes Charge as GM at Courtyard & Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru

Deep Vahi has been appointed Multi-Property General Manager of Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road and Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, bringing nearly 20 years of experience across sales, marketing and hotel operations.
Commenting on his appointment, Vahi said, “For me, hospitality has always been about people and the experiences we create together.”
He also expressed enthusiasm about joining Bengaluru's hospitality landscape and working with the teams to strengthen guest relationships and create meaningful experiences.
A career defined by people and guest experience
Vahi began his hospitality career with The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts before joining JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu in 2008. His journey with Marriott International has included leadership roles within the National Sales Organization, Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport and JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu. In 2021, he returned to JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu as Director of Sales & Marketing before transitioning into operations in 2024. He most recently served as Hotel Manager at the property.
His career achievements include Marriott International's President's Circle Award, two Chairman's Circle Awards and the Sales & Marketing Leader of the Year – Luxury (APEC) recognition.
In his new role, Vahi will oversee the strategic and operational direction of both Bengaluru properties, with an emphasis on commercial performance, associate development and service excellence.
The appointment marks a new leadership chapter for the two Marriott properties on Bengaluru's Outer Ring Road, with Vahi bringing a combination of commercial expertise and operational experience to the role.
