Hilton Strengthens Bengaluru Leadership Team with Key Appointments
Four senior hospitality professionals join the leadership team at Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy TechVillage Outer Ring Road, strengthening operations, commercial strategy, people and finance.

Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy TechVillage Outer Ring Road have strengthened their leadership team with four senior appointments spanning hotel operations, commercial strategy, human resources and finance.
Ramandeep Singh has been appointed Hotel Manager, Aparna Ajith as Commercial Director, Srinivasa Rao as Cluster Director HR, and Sheetal Aggarwal as Cluster Director of Finance.
Together, the appointments bring extensive experience across leading hospitality and business organisations and are aimed at driving operational excellence, commercial growth and enhanced guest experiences.

Leadership Mandate
Ramandeep Singh, with more than two decades of experience across luxury and upscale hospitality, including roles with The Oberoi Group, JW Marriott New Delhi, Andaz New Delhi and Conrad Pune, will oversee operations and guest experience. Aparna Ajith, who brings more than 12 years of experience across sales, marketing, revenue and business development with Marriott and IHCL, will lead commercial strategy, corporate partnerships, MICE and market development.
Srinivasa Rao brings more than 22 years of hospitality HR experience and will oversee people strategy, talent development and employee engagement across the Bengaluru properties. Chartered Accountant Sheetal Aggarwal, with more than 24 years of finance experience across hospitality, technology and banking, will lead finance operations at TechVillage alongside her existing portfolio at Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park and Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks.

Located on Bengaluru’s Outer Ring Road, the 529-key dual-branded complex is positioned to serve the city’s corporate, MICE and events segments. The appointments come as the property seeks to strengthen its position as a preferred hospitality destination for business travellers, corporate guests and events in one of Bengaluru’s key business corridors.
