Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90 announces the elevation of Bharrat Bhutani as the Associate Director of Revenue.

 

In his elevated role, Bhutani will lead the hotel’s overall revenue and commercial strategy, with a focus on pricing optimisation, forecasting, distribution management and market positioning. He will be responsible for driving commercial performance across rooms, food & beverage, and events business segments while ensuring alignment with the standards and business objectives of IHG Hotels & Resorts.

 

As part of his expanded responsibilities, Bharrat will also work towards strengthening direct booking channels, enhancing stakeholder collaboration and implementing revenue initiatives that support long-term business growth and operational excellence.

 

Commenting on the promotion, Rishabh Jain, General Manager, Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90, said: “Bharrat has consistently demonstrated strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and leadership capabilities. Experience in Hospitality Revenue Management

Bharrat brings more than a decade of experience in hospitality revenue management and commercial operations. Prior to his promotion, he served as Revenue Manager at Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90, where he played a pivotal role in accelerating ADR growth, refining pricing strategies and consistently surpassing revenue targets.

 

Before joining the property, he held key positions with several renowned hospitality brands, including Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport, Radisson Hotel Group, Holiday Inn Kolkata Airport and Radisson Blu Udaipur Palace Resort & Spa. Over the years, he has developed expertise in revenue optimisation, forecasting and budgeting, distribution management, market analysis and cross-functional commercial strategy.

 

Bharrat holds a Post-Graduation Program in Revenue Management from Vedatya Institute along with a Bachelor of Hotel Management degree from Amity School of Hospitality. He is also certified by IHG Hotels & Resorts in both Revenue Management Essential and Advanced Courses.

 

Outside of his professional commitments, Bharrat enjoys listening to music and exploring diverse cuisines during his leisure time.
