Ibis Jaipur appoints Pankaj Jha as General Manager, reinforcing its leadership presence in one of the brand’s important and high-potential markets in India.

 

With over two decades of experience across luxury, business, and resort hospitality segments in India and the Middle East, Jha brings strong expertise in hotel operations, commercial strategy, guest experience, financial management, and team leadership. He has worked with several international hospitality brands across diverse business and leisure destinations.

 

In his new role, Jha will lead the hotel’s overall business strategy and day-to-day operations, with a focus on operational performance, guest satisfaction, talent development, and sustainable long-term growth.

Leadership Backed by Industry Performance

Commenting on the appointment, Tejus Jose, Director of Operations, ibis and ibis Styles India, said, “Pankaj combines strong industry expertise with a practical leadership approach. Prior to joining ibis Jaipur, Jha served as Director of Operations at an upscale international hotel in Ahmedabad, where he contributed to improved revenue performance, enhanced guest satisfaction, operational efficiencies, employee engagement, and sustainability initiatives.

Jha is a graduate in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from IHM Ahmedabad and an alumnus of the Taj Management Training Program.
