Atmosphere Core and Assotech Realty, Delhi, join hands to launch SANDAL SUITES by Atmosphere Shirdi, a first-of-its-kind, all-suite upper upscale property in Shirdi, Maharashtra.

Atmosphere Core has announced a strategic partnership with Assotech Realty to develop an all-suite upper upscale hotel in Shirdi, one of India’s most revered spiritual destinations. Scheduled to open in Q2 2028, SANDAL SUITES by Atmosphere Shirdi will be located just 30 minutes from Shirdi International Airport and within close proximity to the iconic Sri Sai Baba Temple.

Operating under the “by Atmosphere” sub-brand of Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts, the hotel will feature 160 suites, each spanning 45 square metres and thoughtfully designed to capture views of the lush surroundings and tranquil landscapes of western India.
The property promises a diverse culinary experience with an all-day dining restaurant, bakery, confectionery, and bar. Guests will have access to curated indoor and outdoor leisure activities, while the spa & wellness centre, managed by Atmosphere Core’s award-winning wellness brand ELE|NA Ayur, offers a serene sanctuary overlooking the pilgrimage corridor.
