Courtyard by Marriott Debuts in Ghaziabad, Expands NCR Footprint
The 106-key Courtyard by Marriott Ghaziabad in Rajnagar Extension targets growing corporate, MICE and domestic travel demand.

Courtyard by Marriott has opened its first hotel in Ghaziabad, strengthening Marriott International’s presence in the NCR.
Located in Rajnagar Extension, the 106-key property is positioned to benefit from the city’s expanding commercial and residential base and rising business and domestic travel demand.
Connected to Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida and Meerut through major highways and the Delhi–Meerut RRTS, the hotel is around an hour from IGI Airport, 15 minutes from Anand Vihar Bus Terminal and 20 minutes from Ghaziabad Railway Station. Corporate offices, industrial hubs and India Expo Mart are also within easy reach.

Building a local hospitality hub
The hotel offers 106 guestrooms and suites with ergonomic workspaces and high-speed connectivity. Its 8,000+ sq ft of indoor event space, including a 5,100 sq ft Grand Ballroom, targets corporate meetings, conferences, weddings and social events.
F&B includes L3 Kitchen, an all-day dining restaurant, and Yard & Brew, a lobby lounge and bar designed for informal meetings and social gatherings. Wellness facilities include an outdoor pool, fitness centre and spa.
The opening gives Marriott a foothold in a fast-developing NCR micro-market, where improving infrastructure and commercial growth are creating new opportunities across business, MICE and leisure hospitality.
