Strengthening Bengaluru's integrated business ecosystem with a new hospitality destination. Embassy REIT and Hilton have opened the 211-key Hilton Garden Inn at Embassy TechVillage, marking another milestone in their long-standing partnership and reinforcing the city's growing demand for premium business hospitality.

Embassy Office Parks REIT and Hilton have announced the opening of the 211-key Hilton Garden Inn at Embassy TechVillage, one of Bengaluru's largest integrated business parks on the Outer Ring Road.
The hotel is the first phase of a 529-key dual-branded Hilton development, with a full-service Hilton Hotels & Resorts property scheduled to open later this year. The launch also marks the partners' second dual-branded hotel complex in Bengaluru and Hilton's fourth hotel developed with Embassy REIT.
Located within Embassy TechVillage, the new hotel enhances hospitality infrastructure for one of India's busiest corporate districts. The business park is home to leading global technology companies, financial institutions, consulting firms and Global Capability Centres (GCCs), serving more than 100,000 professionals.
With direct access to the upcoming Kadubeesanahalli Metro Station, the property is positioned to serve business travellers, corporate occupiers and visitors with improved connectivity and convenience.

The addition of Hilton Garden Inn reinforces Embassy REIT's strategy of developing integrated business destinations that combine premium office spaces with hospitality, retail, dining and lifestyle amenities.

Hilton Garden Inn features 211 contemporary guestrooms designed for productivity and comfort, alongside flexible meeting spaces, high-speed connectivity, a 24-hour fitness centre and a temperature-controlled outdoor pool.
The hotel also introduces two distinct dining concepts:
- Desi Quotient (DQ): Regional Indian cuisine with a contemporary social dining experience.
- Merigo: An all-day dining restaurant serving global cuisine with modern flavours.
With this opening, Hilton now operates 13 properties in Bengaluru, making it the company's largest hotel cluster in India.
