Sterling Holiday Resorts has announced the launch of Sterling Arka Suites, Puri’s first all-suite upscale boutique hotel, marking a significant milestone in the brand’s long-standing presence in Odisha’s coastal hospitality market. Located within the same precinct as the existing Sterling Puri resort, the newly developed block has been positioned as a distinct boutique offering—designed to deliver greater space, privacy, and a more indulgent stay experience, while remaining seamlessly integrated with the larger destination resort ecosystem.
With this addition, Sterling now offers one of the most diverse accommodation portfolios in Puri, reinforcing its early-mover advantage in the destination.
