Drawing on Atmosphere Core’s Maldives-born hospitality philosophy, the project aims to deliver a distinctive living experience tailored to the Indian market.

The launch also signals the beginning of a broader strategic collaboration between M3M India and Atmosphere Core. The partnership is expected to expand across key locations such as Gurugram and Noida in its initial phase, with long-term plans to scale the ONE Atmosphere brand across India and international markets including Cambodia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and the United Arab Emirates. As part of its global growth strategy, the brand aims to sign approximately 7,500 keys over the next five years.

The interiors of the development will be designed by renowned architect Rohit Gulati, with a curated team of local artists contributing to create a unique artistic identity.
