Cygnett Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of Cygnett Inn Motihari, a brownfield hospitality development in Motihari, Bihar. The project marks a strategic addition to the company’s growing portfolio in the state and reinforces its expansion focus across high-potential Tier II and Tier III markets in India.
