Hilton is strengthening its Bengaluru presence with a new dual-brand hospitality development comprising Conrad Bengaluru Airport and Hilton Bengaluru Airport, in partnership with Kalyani Developers. Both hotels are expected to open in 2030, adding a combined 600 rooms to the city’s growing accommodation inventory.
Located within the KIADB Hi-Tech Defence and Aerospace Park, the development comes at a time when Bengaluru’s northern corridor is emerging as an important centre for technology, aerospace, commercial and business activity.
Luxury and Full-Service Under One Roof
The development will bring together two distinct Hilton brands. Conrad Hotels & Resorts takes a contemporary approach to luxury, combining purposeful design, curated art and destination-led experiences. The brand currently operates in Bengaluru and Pune, with Conrad Jaipur also under development.
Hilton Hotels & Resorts, meanwhile, combines global hospitality standards with local culture, offering full-service accommodation, destination dining and extensive facilities for meetings and events. Hilton currently has eight properties in India, with another 11 under development.
The Bengaluru project will give travellers access to both a luxury and a full-service proposition within the same hospitality cluster.
Each hotel will feature 300 guestrooms, multiple dining venues, wellness facilities and meeting and event spaces. Together, the development will offer more than 72,000 sq ft of event space, creating a substantial MICE proposition for the region.
Located approximately 20 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport, the hotels are also positioned to serve the growing volume of business and leisure travellers moving through the city’s northern growth corridor.

Hilton’s India Expansion Continues
For Hilton, the project is part of a larger India growth strategy, with the company targeting more than 400 hotels in the country over the next decade.
Alan Watts, President, Asia Pacific, Hilton said, “As we advance our ambition to exceed 400 hotels in India over the next decade, Bengaluru will remain a key focus for expansion. Together with Kalyani Group, we look forward to bringing another world-class hospitality destination to the city that will serve the evolving needs of travellers and contribute to Bengaluru's continued growth as a global business and leisure hub.”
For Kalyani Developers, the project builds on its existing relationship with Hilton following the success of DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Whitefield. “Our continued partnership with Hilton reflects the strength of its brands and the confidence we have in its long-term vision for Bengaluru,” says Mohan Raju, Managing Director, Kalyani Developers. “Following the success of DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Whitefield, this signing marks a natural next step in expanding our hospitality presence in the city.”
The development also represents a larger vision for Bengaluru’s hospitality landscape. “This project represents an important milestone for us as we look to elevate Bengaluru’s hospitality landscape and create destinations that contribute meaningfully to the city’s growth and development,” say Priyanka M Raju and Rohan M Raju, Directors, Kalyani Developers.
With two brands, 600 rooms and a sizeable MICE offering, the Hilton-Kalyani development is positioned to become a significant hospitality anchor within this emerging business corridor.
