IHCL Signs 232-Key Gateway Hotel in Agra
The greenfield development along the Yamuna Expressway will strengthen IHCL’s presence in Uttar Pradesh, tapping into Agra’s established tourism appeal and expanding urban infrastructure.

Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has announced the signing of a 232-key Gateway hotel in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
The greenfield project, developed in partnership with Raj Kailash Hospitality LLP, marks another addition to IHCL’s growing portfolio in the state.
Commenting on the signing, Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President, Real Estate and Development, IHCL, said, “Agra is an integral part of India's tourism landscape and one of the country's most iconic destinations. As a key stop on the Golden Triangle circuit alongside Delhi and Jaipur, the city continues to attract domestic and international travellers alike. Expanding Uttar Pradesh Portfolio
Strategically located along the Yamuna Expressway, the upcoming hotel will feature an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant and a bar, alongside wellness amenities including a gym and swimming pool. The property will also offer expansive banquet facilities, a conference room and meeting spaces catering to corporate gatherings, weddings and social events.
