IHCL to Develop 300-Key Gateway Hotel & Convention Centre Near Bengaluru Airport

Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has announced the signing of a Gateway Hotel and Convention Centre in Kanamangala, Devanahalli, near Bengaluru Airport, Karnataka. The project will be developed as a greenfield property, reinforcing IHCL’s expansion strategy in high-growth urban corridors.

The partnership with Hombale Group further strengthens IHCL’s regional development pipeline.

Project Details

The Gateway Hotel and Convention Centre, Bengaluru Airport will feature 300 keys and a comprehensive range of hospitality and event facilities, including:

  • An all-day dining restaurant, bar, specialty restaurant, and lounge
  • Wellness amenities such as a fully equipped gym and swimming pool
  • Extensive convention infrastructure, including banquet and meeting spaces

 

The property’s largest banquet hall will span over 16,000 square feet, making it suitable for large-scale conferences, corporate events, and social gatherings.
