ITC Hotels Adds 117 Keys to Uttarakhand Portfolio With New Welcomhotel
ITC Hotels signs 117-key Welcomhotel Dehradun Selaqui, thereby strengthening Uttarakhand footprint.

ITC Hotels Limited has signed a management agreement with Orions Hospitality to develop Welcomhotel Dehradun Selaqui, a 117-key property that will strengthen the company's presence in Uttarakhand and reinforce the Welcomhotel brand's expansion across North India.
The signing marks ITC Hotels' second Welcomhotel project in Dehradun, aligning with its asset-right growth strategy focused on high-potential business and leisure destinations.
Strategic Expansion in a High-Growth Market
Commenting on the development, Anil Chadha, Managing Director, ITC Hotels Limited, said, “Welcomhotel brand is designed to celebrate the character of each destination through authentic local experiences and ITC Hotels’ signature hospitality.”
He noted that Dehradun’s growing prominence as both a business and leisure hub makes it a natural fit for the brand, while the partnership with Orions Hospitality aims to create a landmark hospitality destination for the region.

She expressed confidence that the hotel will emerge as a preferred destination for stays, dining and large-scale events.
The upcoming hotel will feature 117 guest rooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop speciality restaurant and a lounge bar. The property will also offer over 20,000 sq. ft. of indoor banqueting space and approximately 25,000 sq. ft. of landscaped outdoor lawns, positioning it as a major venue for weddings, conferences and social gatherings.

Boosting ITC Hotels' Regional Footprint
Located in Selaqui, one of Dehradun's rapidly developing commercial and tourism corridors, the hotel will benefit from the city's strategic position as the gateway to Mussoorie, Rishikesh and Haridwar. With improving infrastructure, rising economic activity and increasing tourist arrivals, the region continues to witness growing demand for premium hospitality offerings.
Upon opening, Welcomhotel Dehradun Selaqui will further strengthen ITC Hotels' portfolio in Uttarakhand, complementing the recently launched Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels Madhuban Dehradun and reinforcing the company's long-term expansion strategy in emerging hospitality markets.
