The Fern Hotels & Resorts announces the signing of The Fern Nashik, Series by Marriott, reinforcing its expansion strategy in Maharashtra. With this addition, the hospitality group's portfolio of operational and upcoming properties in the state has grown to 58 hotels, underscoring its focus on high-growth business and leisure destinations.
The upcoming property, slated to open in 2028, will feature 110 rooms and suites designed to cater to both corporate and leisure travellers.

Hospitality offering
The hotel will house an all-day dining restaurant and a specialty restaurant, offering a diverse culinary experience. It will also feature a conference room and two banquet halls, positioning the property as a destination for corporate meetings, conferences, weddings and social events.
The leisure offering will include a gymnasium, swimming pool, spa and salon, providing guests with a comprehensive wellness experience.
