Gram’s—short for Grandmother—is StayVista’s design-led lifestyle hotel concept that reimagines travel for the modern Indian consumer. Built on nostalgia, comfort, and community living, Gram’s offers a hybrid experience that brings together the warmth of a hotel and the social energy of a hostel.

 

Guests can choose from lively dorms, private rooms, or charming villas, each designed with neo-vintage aesthetics and thoughtful amenities that make space for work, rest, and connection.

First Property Debuts in Lonavala

The first edition of Gram’s opens on the tranquil shores of Pawna Lake in Lonavala, spread across eight villas featuring fifteen private rooms and ten dorm rooms, accommodating up to 80 guests. Each villa includes its own pool and lawn—ideal for morning yoga, sundowners, or starlit jam sessions. The stay is complemented by curated experiences such as dining inside a glass prism, “wish locking,” lakeside fishing, and evening events ranging from live music to interactive art sessions.

 

The heart of Gram’s is its lakeside restaurant, where nostalgia meets creativity. Signature dishes turn comfort food into storytelling, blending familiarity with playful indulgence. Gram’s positions itself as a design-forward, community-first hospitality brand writing a fresh chapter in India’s evolving travel landscape.

A Campaign With Heart

To mark its launch, Gram’s has rolled out a first-of-its-kind campaign titled “Grandmoms Wanted.” The initiative invites women aged 50+ to apply for the role of a dedicated “Grand Mom”—a community ambassador who will audit stays, create heartfelt content, and share lived-experience reviews that embody the soul of Gram’s. The campaign celebrates generational wisdom, inclusivity, and emotional storytelling while offering strong potential for organic virality.
