Suba Hotels Opens 6th Bengaluru Property with Quality Inn Bhavishya
Suba Hotels Ltd. continues its Bengaluru expansion with the opening of Quality Inn Bhavishya in Brookfield, Whitefield, targeting demand across corporate, MICE, long-stay and leisure segments.

Suba Hotels Ltd. has opened Quality Inn Bhavishya, Brookfield, Whitefield, expanding its footprint in Karnataka and strengthening its presence in Bengaluru’s hospitality market.
The launch takes the company’s Bengaluru portfolio to six operational hotels. Located in the Whitefield business corridor, the property is positioned to cater to corporate travellers, MICE business, long-stay guests and leisure demand.

Targeting Whitefield’s Business Demand
Quality Inn Bhavishya features 72 Executive and Premium rooms, along with all-day dining at Cinnamon, 24-hour in-room dining, and banquet and meeting facilities for corporate and social events.
Its Brookfield location provides access to Whitefield’s major technology parks, multinational companies and commercial districts, including ITPL and the EPIP Zone.
The opening also adds to Suba Hotels’ growing portfolio under its association with Choice Hotels.
