Bharat Hospitality, the company behind restaurant brands Baraamda, Albert Pinto, and Social Cues, has announced an investment of over ₹50 crore to fuel its next phase of expansion. Over the next three years, the company plans to scale its portfolio to more than 50 outlets across key Indian markets including Delhi-NCR, Goa, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru, along with international forays into Dubai and Thailand.

Founded in 2023 by entrepreneur Manish Khattar, Bharat Hospitality is positioning itself as a new-age hospitality platform focused on culturally rooted, emotion-led, and story-driven dining formats. The company aims to go beyond food, creating immersive hospitality experiences that blend design, narrative, and service.

“Hospitality is one of the few industries where culture becomes commerce, and experiences become equity. At Bharat Hospitality, we are building emotional touchpoints that stay with people long after the meal is over. Our next phase of growth is about proving that India can create world-class hospitality brands that compete globally without losing their soul,” said Manish Khattar.

Expansion Blueprint Across Multiple Brands

As part of its growth strategy, Bharat Hospitality plans to open 20 new outlets of Baraamda, 10 outlets of Albert Pinto, and 20 outlets under its upcoming QSR brand, Shuddham. With Baraamda, Albert Pinto, and Social Cues already operational, the next phase will significantly deepen the company’s national and international footprint.

The expansion is expected to generate approximately ₹300 crore in annual revenue upon stabilisation. In addition, the rollout is projected to create 800–1,000 jobs across operations, service, and management roles, reinforcing the group’s commitment to employment generation.

Albert Pinto, Bharat Hospitality’s flagship cinematic-dining brand, will play a central role in the expansion. Inspired by Portuguese-Goan storytelling, the 3,300 sq. ft. experience-led concept has set benchmarks in narrative-driven dining, premium service, and immersive design. The brand will scale through a mix of FOCO (Franchise Owned, Company Operated) and COCO (Company Owned, Company Operated) models.

Alongside expansion, Bharat Hospitality plans to integrate sustainability across its upcoming outlets. The second phase will include eco-friendly packaging, structured waste management systems, and green kitchen practices.
