Soulinaire, IHCL’s signature lifestyle catering brand, now establishes a permanent home along the Alibaug boardwalk, introducing a vibrant new culinary destination overlooking the Arabian Sea.

A Celebration of Coastal Living

Set against a backdrop of swaying palms and coastal charm, Soulinaire Alibaug spans two storeys and accommodates 200 guests, reimagining the concept of seaside dining. The space blends alfresco elegance with indoor comfort, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that frame uninterrupted sea views.

Guests are welcomed by a striking circular bar and an indoor pool, evoking a sense of tropical indulgence. The second floor houses a private banquet area, ideal for both intimate gatherings and celebratory events. A live kitchen, wraparound balcony, and interiors crafted from bamboo and sun-washed brick complete the restaurant’s design — an expression of relaxed sophistication and immersive coastal theatre.

Familiar Flavours with a Global Twist

Soulinaire Alibaug’s menu reflects IHCL’s culinary creativity — combining comfort classics with contemporary flair. Highlights include Akuri inspired by old Bombay, Croissants stuffed with masala bhaji, Paneer Tikka Tacos, Murgh Angara Bites, and Tandoori Pomfret.

Regional favourites such as Misal Pav, Gaoran Kombdi Rassa, and Mutton cha Kalvan pay homage to Maharashtra’s coastal heritage, while global influences emerge through dishes like Shaoxing Drunken Fish and Truffle Alfredo Pasta. Desserts such as the Molten Choco-Walnut Symphony and Golden Halo Cone offer a touch of indulgent theatre to conclude the dining experience.
