ONE Atmosphere, the premium luxury service apartment brand under Atmosphere Core, announces an ambitious expansion strategy backed by an investment of ₹500 crore, with plans to sign approximately 7,500 keys over the next five years across India and carefully selected international markets.

The investment underscores the company's confidence in the rapidly growing extended-stay hospitality segment, where evolving traveller preferences are driving demand for accommodations that seamlessly blend residential comfort with full-service hotel experiences.

Built around its philosophy, 'LIVE THE ONE,' the brand is positioning itself as a new-age hospitality offering that combines the space and functionality of a fully furnished apartment with the operational excellence of a premium hotel.

Redefining Extended-Stay Luxury

ONE Atmosphere will continue to expand through an asset-light business model, partnering with developers and property owners via management and lease agreements.

Its properties will offer an integrated hospitality ecosystem featuring coffee bars, all-day dining venues, coworking spaces, wellness facilities, conference rooms, terrace bars and banquet venues, with amenities tailored to the scale and character of each destination.

Commenting on the expansion, Sandeep Ahuja, Managing Director, ONE Atmosphere, said: "The shift in the market is clear. Guests want a full hotel experience—breakfast, daily service and attentive hospitality—delivered within an apartment where they can truly live throughout their stay. 'LIVE THE ONE' is the principle that guides every decision we make, from the way our apartments are designed to the way every guest is welcomed. This investment will enable us to bring that experience to more cities, more markets and many more travellers seeking stays designed around their lifestyles rather than temporary accommodation."

Capitalising on a High-Growth Market

As the fourth brand in Atmosphere Core's portfolio, ONE Atmosphere caters to a diverse mix of long- and short-stay guests whose accommodation needs extend beyond those of a conventional hotel.

Its target audience includes business professionals on extended assignments, relocating executives, expatriates, families travelling together, and wellness-focused travellers seeking larger, more private living spaces. Through its 'LIVE THE ONE' philosophy, the brand promises a residential experience supported by professional hospitality throughout the guest's stay.

The expansion comes at a time when India's extended-stay hospitality market is witnessing significant growth. Valued at over USD 1.6 billion in 2024, the sector is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of more than 15% through 2030, driven by increasing demand for flexible, spacious and service-led accommodation solutions.

Industry trends indicate a growing preference among both business and leisure travellers for apartment-style stays that offer greater convenience without sacrificing premium hospitality services.

Corporate Demand to Drive Occupancy

The company expects nearly 60% of its inventory to be driven through corporate partnerships and bulk room-night agreements, reflecting strong demand from relocating professionals, expatriates and long-term business travellers.

Average guest stays are projected to exceed five nights, while the brand is also witnessing growing interest from shorter-stay travellers attracted by the spacious residential format combined with premium hotel services.

With a significant investment pipeline, an asset-light expansion model and increasing corporate demand, ONE Atmosphere is positioning itself as a key player in India's evolving luxury extended-stay hospitality landscape. As travellers increasingly seek longer, more flexible and experience-driven stays, the brand's growth strategy reflects the broader transformation of hospitality from traditional hotel accommodation towards lifestyle-oriented residential living.
