Atmosphere Core Appoints Mohamed Mansour to Lead Two Maldives Resorts
Hospitality veteran Mohamed Mansour takes charge as General Manager of OBLU XPERIENCE Ailafushi and OBLU SELECT Lobigili, bringing two decades of operational and leadership experience.

Atmosphere Core has appointed Mohamed Mansour as General Manager of OBLU XPERIENCE Ailafushi and OBLU SELECT Lobigili, strengthening the leadership of the two island resorts under its COLOURS OF OBLU portfolio.
With more than 21 years of hospitality experience, Mansour brings expertise spanning resort operations, guest experience, service delivery and team leadership. He began his career in the Front Office before progressing through the Rooms Division and broader operational roles.
Over the years, Mansour has held key positions with international hospitality groups, working across diverse properties, markets and operating environments. His leadership approach combines operational discipline with a strong focus on people development and guest experience.
Leading Two Distinct Island Resorts

In his new role, Mansour will oversee operations at both OBLU XPERIENCE Ailafushi and OBLU SELECT Lobigili, two resorts with distinct positioning within the COLOURS OF OBLU portfolio.
Known for a hands-on and people-focused management style, Mansour will focus on strengthening operational performance while continuing to elevate service standards and guest experiences across both properties.
