Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre has announced the appointment of Sahil Joshi as Director of Operations. With nearly two decades of diverse experience across leading hotel brands, Sahil brings strong operational acumen and a proven track record in enhancing guest satisfaction, profitability, and service excellence within the luxury hospitality segment.

 

He has previously been associated with esteemed hospitality groups such as The LaLiT Suri Hospitality Group, Radisson Hotel Group, and Hilton Hotels & Resorts, where he gained extensive expertise in managing operations, driving service quality, and leading high-performing teams across dynamic markets.

 

An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management, Shimla, Sahil has dedicated his career to building teams and systems that deliver exceptional guest experiences. Known for his collaborative leadership style and meticulous attention to detail, he has been instrumental in streamlining operations, mentoring talent, and driving consistent excellence in competitive urban environments.
