ICONIQA Hotel has announced the appointment of Shibani Malhotra as the General Manager of ICONIQA – Mumbai International Airport, the brand’s flagship property and India’s first “Un-Hotel” experience. With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, Shibani brings a deep command of commercial strategy and operational excellence. Known for her energetic leadership and commitment to elevated guest experiences, her extensive tenure with Marriott further strengthens ICONIQA’s vision for the future.

In her current role, Shibani leads operations at the 291-key ICONIQA Mumbai, which features four bars, two restaurants, five versatile event spaces, and The Bombay Swim Club—the city’s first rooftop day club. Her leadership aligns seamlessly with ICONIQA’s positioning as India’s most forward-thinking experiential hospitality brand, built on immersive design, intuitive technology, and emotional connection.
