IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Kapil Vig as General Manager of Crowne Plaza Lucknow, a milestone property that marks IHG’s 50th opening in India.
With nearly three decades of experience, Vig has held senior leadership positions across prestigious hotels within the IHG portfolio as well as with other global hospitality brands. His expertise spans guest-centric operations, team development, and brand-building.
