Novotel Bhubaneswar Janpath has appointed Neelabh Sahay as General Manager, entrusting the hospitality veteran with leading the hotel's pre-opening phase and establishing it as a leading destination for business, MICE and leisure travellers in Odisha's capital.

 

With more than two decades of experience across luxury and upscale hospitality brands, Sahay brings extensive expertise in hotel operations, commercial strategy, pre-opening projects and team leadership.

A Proven Hospitality Leader

An alumnus of The Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development, Sahay began his career with The Oberoi Hotels before taking on leadership roles at The Oberoi Grand Kolkata, Trident Nariman Point, Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences, and most recently, Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, where he served as Director of Operations.

 

His career reflects a unique progression from culinary leadership to executive hotel management. Widely recognised for operational excellence, Sahay has successfully led large-scale hospitality operations, built high-performing teams and driven commercial growth while enhancing guest experiences.

Leading the Pre-Opening Journey

As General Manager, Sahay will spearhead the pre-opening strategy for Novotel Bhubaneswar Janpath, overseeing operational readiness, commercial planning, talent development and service delivery. His focus will be on creating robust operational systems while delivering the contemporary, guest-centric experience synonymous with the Novotel brand.
