Prior to joining Sofitel Mumbai BKC, Neha served as General Manager at JW Marriott Goa, where she played a pivotal role in positioning the property among North Goa’s premier luxury destinations. She previously led Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal, steering the hotel through the pandemic with resilience and innovation while driving operational and financial success.

 

Her earlier tenures with JW Marriott Mumbai SaharThe Trident Bandra Kurla, and The Oberoi New Delhi further honed her ability to deliver world-class service standards and elevate guest satisfaction across diverse luxury environments.

 

Neha Chhabra’s leadership excellence has been widely acknowledged through numerous industry accolades. She has received Goa’s Best General Manager 2024 (CMO Asia)Leadership Excellence 2022 (APEC GM Awards), and Diamond General Manager of the Year 2021–22 (Global, Courtyard Brand). Under her guidance, her teams have collectively earned over 27 awards across various operational and service categories.
