The Aarlis Hotel Panchkula Appoints Neelabh Chugh as General Manager
Hospitality veteran Neelabh Chugh will lead the pre-opening of IHG’s first Vignette Collection hotel in India and South West Asia.

The Aarlis Hotel Panchkula, Vignette Collection by IHG Hotels & Resorts, has appointed Neelabh Chugh as General Manager, ahead of the hotel’s opening.
In his new role, Chugh will oversee hotel operations and lead the property’s strategic direction and commercial performance as it prepares to debut as the first Vignette Collection hotel in India and South West Asia.
Chugh brings three decades of hospitality experience, having worked with leading international and Indian hotel companies including Marriott Hotels, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Hotel Group, Taj Group of Hotels, Hyatt Hotels Corporation and IHG Hotels & Resorts.
Commenting on his appointment, Neelabh Chugh, General Manager, The Aarlis Hotel Panchkula, Vignette Collection by IHG, said: “As we prepare to welcome our first guests, our focus will be on building a strong team culture, delivering thoughtful and consistent guest experiences, and bringing the individuality of Vignette Collection to life. A hospitality veteran
During his career, he has held leadership roles across Delhi, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Ludhiana, building experience across hotel operations, pre-openings and repositioning assignments.
An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management, Lucknow, and the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, Chugh has led three hotel pre-openings and two hotel repositioning projects. The Aarlis Hotel Panchkula will mark his fourth pre-opening assignment.
Chugh’s appointment comes as The Aarlis Hotel Panchkula prepares to introduce IHG’s Vignette Collection brand to India and South West Asia. As General Manager, he will be responsible for shaping the hotel’s operational culture, guest experience and market positioning, while establishing the property within the Chandigarh Tricity hospitality landscape.
