A Cult Design Brand Meets Singapore’s Cultural Capital in a Bold Luxury Play by Hilton
By SOH Edit Team
Hilton is charting a fresh course in Asia Pacific’s luxury lifestyle landscape with the debut of its celebrated NoMad brand in Singapore—its first in the region and a strategic move to meet surging demand for experience-led stays.
Set to open in early 2027 in collaboration with leading property and hospitality group UOL, NoMad Singapore will occupy a coveted stretch of Orchard Road, seamlessly blending the brand’s signature artistic identity with one of Asia’s most vibrant urban backdrops.
Developed with 173 rooms, immersive cultural programming, and a culinary ethos that has defined the NoMad brand from New York to London, the hotel marks a key milestone for Hilton’s ambitions in the high-end lifestyle category.

From its interiors to its culinary DNA, NoMad Singapore will echo the brand’s refined eclecticism—grand yet intimate, sophisticated yet playful. A strong sense of place will be central to the hotel’s identity, with local artwork, layered design, and storytelling creating a guest experience that feels both tailored and transportive.
NoMad is built on the concept of a hotel as a welcoming home filled with stories, where every detail – from its interiors and rich visual appeal to its thoughtfully curated dining experiences – comes to life. The signing of our first hotel in Singapore marks an exciting introduction of our brand to Asia Pacific. This debut is just the beginning as we seek out the best destinations to introduce NoMad, with several deals in advanced discussions in destinations in North America, Europe and beyond.

Anchoring UOL’s placemaking vision for the Orchard Boulevard precinct, NoMad joins a curated trio alongside the forthcoming luxury residences UPPERHOUSE and the award-winning Pan Pacific Orchard. The synergy of the three is expected to elevate Orchard Road into a magnet for a new generation of luxury seekers.
We are excited to introduce NoMad to Singapore as part of our placemaking vision for Orchard Road, alongside UOL’s upcoming private and exclusive preview of its luxury residential project, UPPERHOUSE at Orchard Boulevard, and the award-winning Pan Pacific Orchard, forming a trio that will contribute to the transformation of Orchard Road. NoMad makes guests feel like locals in the world’s most sought-after neighborhoods and the Orchard Road precinct offers that luxury lifestyle space.

NoMad’s expansion is part of Hilton’s broader strategy to increase its luxury portfolio in Asia Pacific to 150 properties. Upcoming flagships include Waldorf Astoria hotels in Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, and Tokyo, new Conrad openings in Xi’an and Nagoya, and LXR properties like the recently launched Umana Bali. With more than 500 luxury hotels globally, Hilton is positioning itself not just as a player—but a powerhouse—across luxury tiers.
And as NoMad prepares to enter the East, it does so not as an outsider but as a storyteller—ready to reinterpret Singapore through its layered, immersive lens.
