Hospitality tech company OYO is set to enter the food and beverage (F&B) sector by introducing in-house kitchens and Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) across its company-managed hotels, including Townhouse by OYO.
Guests will be able to order meals via the OYO app, website, and online travel agencies (OTAs) through the ‘Kitchen Services’ option. Depending on the hotel’s profile and infrastructure, offerings will range from fully equipped kitchens with extensive menus to compact pantries stocked with essential items.
OYO is currently building a network of trusted F&B experts across major cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Indore, Kolkata, Jaipur, and Lucknow. The company anticipates that its foray into food and beverage will contribute an additional 5–10% in revenue at the hotel level once the initiative reaches a stable state.
A pilot program has already been launched in 100 company-managed hotels across Delhi, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, and Bangalore. Following its successful implementation, OYO is now preparing for a nationwide rollout in the upcoming fiscal year.
