Atmosphere Core Announces Entry into Odisha with Luxury Boutique Resort
Pratyaksh – An Atmosphere Experience, Chandragiri, will mark the brand’s debut in the scenic Eastern Ghats of Odisha, further enhancing the state’s allure, often hailed as one of India’s “best kept secrets.”

Atmosphere Core, in collaboration with Pratyaksh Estates Private Limited, has announced the launch of a luxury boutique resort in southern Odisha. The property, Pratyaksh – An Atmosphere Experience, Chandragiri, is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2027. Located in the valleys of the Eastern Ghats, the resort will be accessible from Bhubaneswar and Visakhapatnam, the capitals of Odisha and Andhra Pradesh.

Resort Features and Guest Experience
Chandragiri, located about 250 km from Bhubaneswar and Visakhapatnam, is home to the Jirang Buddhist Monastery, inaugurated by His Holiness the Dalai Lama in 2010. It is the largest monastery in Eastern India and a centre of Tibetan Buddhism, renowned for its vibrant murals, golden stupa, and prayer wheels. The region also features verdant hills, the Khasada Waterfall, and the scenic landscapes of the Eastern Ghats.
Operating under the ‘AN ATMOSPHERE EXPERIENCE’ sub-brand, the resort will offer 90 keys across cottages, suites, luxury tents, and villas. Guests will enjoy panoramic views of the Eastern Ghats and the Jirang Buddhist Monastery.
