Hilton Enters Hyderabad with New Genome Valley Resort & Spa
Hilton announced the opening of Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa, marking the company’s entry into Hyderabad.

Hilton has opened the Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa, marking its debut in Hyderabad and further advancing the company’s South Asia expansion strategy. Developed in partnership with C.K.R Resorts Pvt. Ltd., the resort is located in India’s leading biotech hub and blends contemporary design, regional artistry, and sustainable architecture across its 20-acre setting. The property features 115 guest rooms, including pool villas and suites inspired by Telangana’s cultural heritage and Kakatiya architectural traditions.
With Hyderabad’s GDP nearing USD 94 billion and growing demand for premium hospitality, Hilton’s entry positions the brand to serve both business and leisure travelers in one of India’s fastest-expanding cities. “This resort brings Hilton’s signature hospitality to a new destination and offers a multi-dimensional experience to guests,” said Zubin Saxena, Senior Vice President & Regional Head, South Asia, Hilton.

The resort debuts Hilton’s eforea spa in India, offering eight treatment rooms, sauna, steam, ice shower, and a no-device relaxation zone. Recreational offerings span basketball, pickleball, cricket, futsal, mini golf, and tennis, alongside a children’s arcade, family activities such as sunset storytelling, and culinary workshops including mixology sessions and farm-to-table experiences.
Dining options include Gingerfire, celebrating Asian flavors; Yuzu, offering Japanese, Chinese, Thai, and Nikkei fusion; Nero, serving elevated poolside classics; Drip, featuring artisanal grab-and-go selections; and Grid 78, the resort’s social hub known for inventive cocktails and glocal tapas. Ltd., the partnership with Hilton reflects a shared vision to create a destination rooted in Hyderabad’s culture while delivering globally benchmarked hospitality.
