Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced that a Hyatt affiliate has entered into a management agreement with Shah Lagoo Properties LLP for the development of Hyatt Place Kolhapur Sangli. The hotel will be part of SL Highstreet, a next-generation mixed-use commercial development in Sangli, Maharashtra, featuring premium office space and upscale retail. This agreement reinforces Hyatt’s strategy to expand in secondary cities and high-potential markets across India.

Set to feature 115 spacious and thoughtfully designed guestrooms, Hyatt Place Kolhapur Sangli is being tailored to meet the needs of today’s modern traveler, with separate zones for sleeping, working, and relaxing.
