IHCL Signs Claridges Collection Hotel in Lucknow
Claridges Collection debuts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

IHCL has announced the signing of a new hotel in Lucknow under its Claridges Collection brand. The project will be developed as a brownfield conversion, further strengthening IHCL’s footprint in North India.
Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate & Development at IHCL, said, “Lucknow has emerged as one of North India’s most promising hospitality markets, supported by the city’s rich cultural heritage, improving infrastructure and growing commercial activity. The addition of Claridges Collection in Lucknow will enhance IHCL’s brand presence in the city.” Venkatesh also highlighted the company’s continued partnership with MD Projects Pvt. Ltd. on the development.
The upcoming hotel will be located on Lohia Path and will feature 108 keys. Designed to reflect the timeless opulence of the region, the property will draw inspiration from the architectural heritage of Awadh while blending classic design elements with contemporary luxury.
The hotel will offer a range of food and beverage and wellness facilities, including an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, two specialty restaurants and a lobby lounge designed as a social gathering space. Additional amenities will include a swimming pool, fitness centre and spa focused on holistic wellness. The property will also cater to meetings and events with dedicated meeting rooms and a banquet hall spanning more than 4,000 sq. ft., supported by pre-function spaces.
