Sailee Bhandarkar-Correa has been promoted to Vice President in the Hotels & Hospitality Group at JLL, marking the next step in her leadership journey within the hospitality advisory sector.

 

Prior to this role, she served as Assistant Vice President within the same division, where she supported hotel owners, investors, and developers across various stages of the asset lifecycle. Her responsibilities included conducting hotel market feasibility studies, identifying and securing suitable operators, negotiating management contracts, and providing strategic advisory support for hospitality projects.

Multidisciplinary Background in Hospitality and Design

Bhandarkar-Correa brings a diverse professional background that spans hospitality development, architecture, and media. Before joining JLL, she worked at Marriott International as a Senior Development Specialist, contributing to development strategy and expansion planning.

 

Earlier in her career, she held roles with Araiya Hotels & Resorts, Condé Nast India, Design Cell, and MnO. These experiences helped shape a multidisciplinary perspective that integrates design thinking, brand strategy, and hospitality operations.
