IHCL Signs New Ginger Hotel in Dimapur, Nagaland

The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has announced the signing of a new greenfield Ginger hotel in Dimapur, Nagaland. The project marks IHCL’s debut in the state and further strengthens its growing portfolio across Northeast India.

Strategically located near Dimapur Airport, the upcoming 90-key Ginger Dimapur will reflect the brand’s lean luxe design philosophy, offering a balance of comfort and functionality. The hotel will feature panoramic city views and contemporary spaces designed to support both work and leisure. Key amenities include Ginger’s signature all-day diner, Qmin, a bar, a fully equipped fitness centre, and flexible meeting facilities catering to business and social events.
