The greenfield development, in collaboration with the Farah Group, marks IHCL’s latest move to tap into Karnataka’s evolving urban ecosystem.
The 115-key hotel—located near Mysuru’s Hebbal Industrial Area—is designed as a modern lifestyle destination, featuring an all-day diner, a stylish bar, meeting and event spaces, a gym, and a pool. With this signing, IHCL's Karnataka portfolio strengthens to 26 hotels, 12 of which are under development.
