Waldorf Astoria and Hilton Hotels to Launch at GMR Aerocity via DIAL Partnership

This development marks the arrival of Hilton’s luxury and full-service brands in the heart of the capital’s most well-connected hospitality and commercial hub.

Hilton has announced the signing of two new hotels in partnership with GMR Group–led Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL), under its iconic Waldorf Astoria and Hilton Hotels & Resorts brands. The properties will be located at GMR Aerocity, New Delhi—India’s first global business district featuring world-class hotels, restaurants, and future-ready office spaces at Delhi International Airport. This strategic expansion further strengthens Hilton’s presence in New Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR), where the company already operates four properties.

 

The Hilton at GMR Aerocity will mark the debut of the Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand in New Delhi, offering business and leisure travelers sophisticated accommodations, elevated dining experiences, versatile social spaces, and Hilton’s signature hospitality. The signing also heralds the arrival of Waldorf Astoria in India’s capital, underscoring Hilton’s long-term commitment to the country’s rapidly growing luxury market. The Waldorf Astoria New Delhi will feature 150 elegantly appointed rooms and suites, signature culinary venues, expansive event spaces, and indulgent wellness facilities. Guests will also enjoy Peacock Alley—the iconic Waldorf Astoria lounge that serves as a timeless gathering place at the heart of every property.
