ELAN, Marriott Partner for JW Marriott Hotel and Residences in Gurugram Township
ELAN Group and Marriott International have partnered to develop JW Marriott Hotel Gurugram and JW Marriott Residences Gurugram within ELAN’s approximately 50-acre integrated township in Sector 106 on Dwarka Expressway.

ELAN Group has signed an agreement with Marriott International to develop a JW Marriott hotel and branded residences in Gurugram, marking a significant hospitality and luxury residential addition to the developer’s upcoming integrated township.
The JW Marriott Hotel Gurugram and JW Marriott Residences Gurugram will be located within ELAN Group’s approximately 50-acre development in Sector 106 on Dwarka Expressway.
ELAN Group will construct and develop both assets, while Marriott Hotels India Private Limited will manage the hotel and residences following completion and the necessary approvals.
ELAN Bets on Hospitality-Led Development
The residential component will comprise 3, 4 and 5 BHK homes under the JW Marriott Residences brand. Together with the hotel, the residences will anchor a larger mixed-use development spanning hospitality, retail, entertainment, wellness and lifestyle offerings.
The partnership brings Marriott’s luxury hospitality brand into one of Gurugram’s rapidly developing real estate corridors while giving ELAN Group a global hospitality anchor for its flagship township.
Commenting on the agreement, Ravish Kapoor, Managing Director, ELAN Group, said the collaboration represents a significant milestone for the company and its ambitions in India’s luxury real estate market.

He added that bringing the JW Marriott brand to the development is aimed at extending the brand’s hospitality, service and amenities to homeowners as part of their everyday residential experience.

The development reflects the growing convergence of luxury hospitality and branded residential real estate, with hotel operators increasingly extending their brands and service models into high-end residential projects.
For ELAN Group, the partnership adds an internationally recognised hospitality brand to its approximately 50-acre Gurugram township. For Marriott, the agreement extends the JW Marriott brand across both hotel and residential formats in the National Capital Region.
