IHCL’s Taj InnerCircle-NeuPass Partners with Oneworld to Enhance Loyalty Offerings

The first-of-its-kind collaboration enables Taj InnerCircle-NeuPass and oneworld loyalty members to access enhanced travel, stay, dining and wellness benefits, strengthening customer engagement across aviation and hospitality sectors.

Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has entered into a first-of-its-kind partnership with oneworld, the global airline alliance, to enhance the value proposition of its loyalty programme, Taj InnerCircle-NeuPass.

 

Commenting on the partnership, Puneet Chhatwal, Managing Director and CEO, IHCL, said, “This partnership with oneworld reflects the growing consumer preference for more integrated travel experiences. Benefits Across Air Travel and Hospitality

Under the collaboration, Taj InnerCircle-NeuPass members will gain access to benefits across participating oneworld airlines, including limited-period savings with Cathay Pacific until September 30, 2026, with additional opportunities expected to be introduced over time.

 

In turn, oneworld loyalty members will enjoy exclusive savings on stays, dining and spa experiences across IHCL’s extensive portfolio, including Taj, Claridges Collection, Brij, SeleQtions, Clarks, Gateway, Vivanta, Ginger, Tree of Life Hotels and amã Stays & Trails.
