The Leela Invites Future Leaders to Join Leadership Development Programme 2027
The Leela Leadership Development Programme is a 15-month flagship initiative that combines global academic excellence with The Leela’s rich cultural ethos, designed to fast-track the next generation of General Managers and senior leaders.

The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts has opened applications for the Leela Leadership Development Programme (LLDP) – Class of 2027, reaffirming its commitment to developing future leaders in Indian luxury hospitality.
Launched in 2022 in partnership with the Indian School of Hospitality (ISH) and Les Roches, the 15-month flagship programme combines academic excellence, global exposure, and hands-on experience across The Leela’s award-winning hotels. Designed to fast-track high-potential talent, LLDP blends functional, leadership, and behavioural learning to prepare participants for senior roles within the brand.
“As we step into an exciting phase of growth, LLDP is a strategic initiative to nurture future-ready leaders who will carry forward The Leela’s culture of grace, precision, and purpose,” said Anuraag Bhatnagar, Chief Executive Officer, The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts.
Open to candidates with a hotel management degree and at least one year of operational experience, the programme includes a rigorous selection process, on-the-job training across two Leela properties, immersive bootcamps, and a capstone project culminating in certification from ISH and Les Roches.
