Wynn Resorts and Marjan, the lead development partners of the under-construction Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, have announced their second joint venture development on Al Marjan Island: Janu Al Marjan Island. Developed in partnership with Aman Group—the global luxury hospitality operator—the resort is scheduled to open in late 2028 and will be fully managed by the Aman Group.
Janu, meaning ‘soul’ in Sanskrit, centers its hospitality philosophy on human connection, social wellness, and playful expression. Positioned directly across from Wynn Al Marjan Island, the new property is expected to complement the integrated resort’s premium visitor base.
Max Tappeiner, President of Wynn Al Marjan Island, said Aman Group is a ‘world-class’ partner, adding that Janu’s guests and homeowners will generate ‘high-quality visitation’ to Wynn Al Marjan Island.
