Ed dined twice at the iconic restaurant, enjoying a bespoke 13-course menu curated by Chef Nikhil and his team—featuring highlights such as triple-distilled Tomato Rasam, Steamed Seabass, and the Instagram-favourite Fennel Pannacotta.
Beyond the culinary delights, Ed also took time to unwind at the serene poolside terrace, enjoying a traditional champi—a truly immersive wellness experience.
The hotel also catered to the sold-out concert at YMCA Ground, offering a specially curated menu of Indian and international hors d'oeuvres for backstage and VIP guests.
