Accor Strengthens Hospitality Design Capabilities with New Leadership

Prachi Patil joins Accor as Director, Design & Technical Services, bringing extensive expertise in hospitality design, technical execution and luxury real estate development.

Accor has announced the appointment of Prachi Patil as Director, Design & Technical Services, strengthening its leadership team as the hospitality group continues to expand its development footprint across the region.

 

With nearly 18 years of experience spanning hospitality design, real estate development and project management, Patil has built an impressive portfolio leading complex greenfield and brownfield projects for some of the world's leading hotel brands.

Extensive Industry Experience

Before joining Accor, Patil served as Associate General Manager-Design at Chalet Hotels, where she spearheaded multiple hospitality developments across renowned brands including Taj Hotels, Marriott International and Hyatt.

 

Earlier, she was Senior Design Manager at Piramal Realty, overseeing the end-to-end design and execution of luxury real estate projects from concept through completion.

 

Her career also includes tenures with internationally acclaimed design firms such as Gensler, Hirsch Bedner Associates and Miaja Design Group, where she contributed to a range of hospitality and mixed-use developments across India and Singapore.

Driving Design Excellence

In her new role, Patil will lead Accor's design strategy and technical services across hospitality projects, with a focus on delivering design excellence, technical quality, brand consistency and innovation throughout the development lifecycle.

 

Her appointment reflects Accor’s continued emphasis on strengthening design leadership as it accelerates the growth of its hotel portfolio across key markets.
