Ahuja Residences Strengthens Commercial Leadership with Medha Tiwari’s Appointment

Ahuja Residences has appointed Medha Tiwari as Chief Business Officer–Hotel Division, as the hospitality company continues to strengthen its leadership team and build momentum for its next phase of growth.
With more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality sector, Tiwari brings expertise spanning sales and marketing, revenue management, business development and strategic partnerships. Her career includes leadership roles with prominent hospitality brands such as Best Western Hotels & Resorts, Apeejay Surendra Park Hotels, Shangri-La New Delhi, ITC Hotels, The Lalit and Grand Hyatt Delhi.
Over the course of her career, Tiwari has worked across established brands as well as growth-focused hospitality businesses, leading revenue-generation initiatives, building high-performing teams and driving pre-opening sales and marketing strategies. Her experience also includes developing key-account relationships, strategic brand partnerships and new business opportunities.
Her commercial expertise covers digital marketing, revenue and inventory management, customer acquisition and strategic partnerships, with a focus on building sustainable business growth.
Tiwari holds an MBA in Marketing & Human Resources and has completed executive programmes in Strategic Hospitality Management and Strategic Pricing from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
A New Leadership Chapter for Growth
In her new role, Tiwari will lead the commercial strategy for Ahuja Residences’ Hotel Division, focusing on revenue growth, market expansion, strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
