Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90 appoints Rishabh Jain as its new General Manager, marking a strategic move to strengthen leadership and accelerate the hotel’s growth trajectory. With over 21 years in the hospitality industry, Jain brings a balanced mix of operational expertise, sales acumen and strategic vision.
Prior to this role, Jain served as Hotel Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Jaipur, where he played a key role in the hotel’s pre-opening and successfully led its growth over the past three years. His experience spans multiple leadership roles, including a six-year tenure with IHG Hotels & Resorts across various cities.
Over the course of his career, he has also worked with leading hospitality brands such as Taj Hotels, Marriott International and The Lalit, further strengthening his industry credentials.

Jain holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from ITM Business School, Navi Mumbai, and a Bachelor of Hotel & Tourism Management from Vivekanand Institute of Hotel & Tourism Management, Rajkot. Outside of work, he is passionate about reading, staying updated on industry trends and focusing on mental well-being.
He has consistently delivered strong business results while fostering a positive work culture. He brings deep expertise in hotel pre-openings, business ramp-ups and post-pandemic recovery strategies, along with strong capabilities in revenue management, budgeting and sales operations.
In his new role, Jain will oversee all aspects of hotel operations at Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90. His mandate includes driving financial performance, strengthening market positioning, building high-performing teams and enhancing overall guest experiences.
