K Raheja Group Elevates Vijayta Raheja as CEO to Drive Strategic Growth

The K Raheja Group announces the appointment of Vijayta Nikhil Raheja as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), marking a significant leadership milestone for the Group. The appointment reflects the promoters’ confidence in her strategic vision, leadership capabilities and commitment to steering the Group through its next phase of sustainable growth and organisational transformation.
Vijayta Raheja’s elevation to CEO follows a distinguished 16-year association with the K Raheja Group. She served as Chief Operating Officer for six years after being appointed to the role in 2020. Prior to that, she spent almost a decade as Strategic Advisor to the Group’s hospitality business, where she played a key role in strengthening marketing strategies, brand positioning and long-term business growth.
Beyond her responsibilities within the Group, she has also built experience as an independent advisor, working across business strategy, marketing, retail activations and media engagement for various brands and organisations.
Driving Organisational Transformation
During her tenure as Chief Operating Officer, Raheja has led several initiatives aimed at strengthening corporate governance, institutionalising business systems and processes, and driving enterprise-wide transformation.
Her leadership has been instrumental in enhancing the Group’s legal and governance framework, improving risk management capabilities and reinforcing a structured, institution-led approach to business operations. She has also overseen strategic initiatives spanning commercial, operational and compliance functions, helping position the organisation for long-term resilience and growth.
As Chief Executive Officer, Raheja will continue to report to Managing Director Nikhil K. Raheja, and will oversee the Group’s strategic direction, business operations, governance, commercial and compliance functions, organisational transformation, and the implementation of best-in-class systems and processes across its businesses.
Under her leadership, the K Raheja Group aims to further strengthen operational excellence, accelerate digital transformation, expand business opportunities and deliver sustained value for customers, employees, partners and stakeholders.
