Raffles Udaipur has announced the appointment of Sukhpreet Singh Bath as Hotel Manager. In his new role, he will oversee end-to-end hotel operations, drive strategic planning, and ensure service excellence across all guest touchpoints, in line with the brand’s globally recognised Raffles standards.
Working closely with the Executive Committee, Sukhpreet will lead initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction, strengthen operational efficiency, and uphold the hotel’s performance, culture, and brand integrity—ensuring refined, intuitive hospitality remains central to the guest journey.

A core member of Executive Committees and Crisis Management Teams, he has consistently driven guest satisfaction scores above 95%, strengthened service consistency through audits and quality controls, and led initiatives across revenue optimisation, VIP guest management, inventory strategy, and team planning. He has also supported the pre-opening of Raffles Jaipur, reinforcing brand standards across the portfolio.
