Roswyn, a luxury lifestyle hotel under Ennismore’s Morgans Originals collection, has announced the appointment of Annam Lubana as Hotel Manager ahead of its highly anticipated debut in Mumbai.
With more than a decade of leadership experience across leading luxury hospitality brands in India, Lubana brings deep operational expertise, strong commercial insight, and a structured guest-focused approach. Her appointment marks an important leadership milestone for Roswyn as the hotel prepares to establish its presence in the city’s evolving luxury lifestyle landscape.
Reflecting on her professional journey, Lubana describes hospitality as “a journey driven by decisive leadership, accountability, and the pursuit of exceptional guest experiences.”
She is a graduate of the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development and the Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai, where her early training instilled a strong foundation in operational discipline, service ethos, and leadership accountability.
During her early career as a Guest Services Management Associate, she was awarded the T.R. Oberoi Gold Medal for academic excellence, reflecting her commitment to operational rigor from the outset.

Leadership Experience Across Luxury Hospitality
Lubana went on to build her career within Marriott International, where she held several senior leadership roles across luxury properties.
As Director of Operations at JW Marriott Goa and Director of Rooms at JW Marriott Pune, she led large multidisciplinary teams and managed complex operational environments while strengthening commercial performance.
This phase of her career helped shape her strategic mindset and leadership style. In 2023, her contributions were recognized when she was named Operations Leader of the Year, reinforcing her belief that strong leadership, empowered teams, and disciplined execution drive sustainable success.
Lubana describes her leadership style as “decisive yet empathetic.” She believes that strong results are built on a foundation of trust, clarity, and accountability. According to her, effective leadership requires balancing measurable outcomes with a human-centric approach that values relationships, thoughtful decision-making, and collaborative team cultures.
Her leadership approach prioritises building trust within teams while maintaining a strong focus on operational performance and guest satisfaction.
Commenting on the appointment, Rajiv Kapoor, General Manager of Fairmont Mumbai and Roswyn, noted that Lubana joins the hotel at a pivotal moment. He emphasised that her operational discipline and natural ability to build cohesive teams will play a key role in shaping the culture and identity of Roswyn as the Morgans Originals brand makes its entry into India.
