Jihan Jaleel steps into the General Manager role at The Artiste Kochi, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, with a mandate spanning operations, guest experience, talent and business performance.

The Artiste Kochi, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, appoints Jihan Jaleel as General Manager, bringing an experienced hospitality operator to the helm of the property.
With more than two decades in the industry, Jaleel’s career spans hotel operations, revenue management, guest experience and organisational transformation.
She has worked across leading hospitality groups including Marriott International and IHCL–Taj Hotels, building experience across both established properties and periods of transition and growth.
Stepping up to lead the next growth phase
Jaleel began her journey with Marriott at Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Airport, the brand’s first hotel in Kerala. Over a decade with Marriott International, she progressed through a series of operational leadership roles and contributed to pre-opening and renovation projects.
Her career has also included leadership assignments at properties including Kochi Marriott Hotel and Taj Malabar, adding to her experience across operations, commercial performance and guest-facing functions.
At The Artiste Kochi, Jaleel will focus on strengthening operational performance while further developing the hotel’s guest experience and service culture. Talent development, team performance and sustained business growth will also form key parts of her mandate.
